How quickly will my order ship?

The average is 2-3 days. In some cases, if we have sold out of an item but new stock is on the way, we will notify you of delay while we complete your order.

 

What brand are the products being sold?

All the aftermarket parts we sell are of comparable quality to OEM. When a specific brand is mentioned then that’s the brand. We offer aftermarket parts because it’s often the low-cost alternative. If aftermarket is not available, we will display the brand being offered.

 

How do I know I am ordering the correct part?

We suggest to carefully evaluate the part you are purchasing to determine it is the correct part you need.  Returns are costly. See Yellow Decks Return Policy & Warranty Policy. The library section has links to many OEM manufacturers to assist you in determining Part #.  If you need assistance send our customer service department an email asking for help. Include vehicle year, make, & VIN# along with pictures & description of the part you are looking for.

 

Can I ship to my country using my current freight forwarder?

Yes, absolutely. See shipping policy. In the shipping option, select local delivery to my Freight Forwarder. We will deliver for a flat fee to freight forwarders in Miami Dade County or Broward County.

 

Who pays import duties if I select once of Yellow Decks air freight options?

The customer always pays import duties. We will send you tracking number for the carrier you selected. It is your responsibility to track and work with your domestic agent to clear the cargo and pay any import duties.

 

What if I need a part that is not listed on the site, can Yellow Deck help me get it?

Yes, we may possibly be able to help. It depends on what it is and must be determined on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to our customer service department.

 

Why was my order put on HOLD?

As part of our fraud prevention efforts, we reserve the right to put your order on hold while we verify payment information and buyers contact information. We hope you understand the importance of preventing fraud. It is important that you provide complete up to date contact information when registering.

 

What if I want Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts?

We can offer OEM PARTS if that’s what you require. You may email us the PN#/QTY and specify that you want OEM PARTS. We will quote you accordingly.
