Return Policies
Yellow Deck Services Corp (YDS) believes in customer satisfaction. We offer two options for returning items purchased online or picked up at our warehouse. Within 30 days of your purchase, items can be returned to Yellow Deck Services Corp for a refund. Parts must be in original packaging, undamaged or soiled in a resalable condition. Customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Special order items, not regularly available on our website are FINAL SALES no returns. Shipping cost and duties or other import costs are also non-refundable. Yellow Deck Services RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REGARDLESS OF RECEIPT.
You will need to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Yellow Deck Services Corp. An RGA number ensures that the return process is handled efficiently and that credits are issued accurately and in a timely manner. Follow the links below for more details on obtaining an RGA number.
Within 30 days of receipt of items purchased from Yellow Deck Services Corp, customers may choose to return:

Any new item in original packaging and condition. Even if the customer is responsible for the error.

Any used core, as long as it is shipped in the box that contained the new product when possible. (What is a Core?)

Any item received in a damaged or defective condition must be determined if damaged occurred in transit. Items damaged in transit by the carrier must be claimed to cargo insurance.

Electrical components or parts are not eligible for return.

Any item received in error, due to Yellow Decks error.

OBTAINING A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Whether you plan to return items by shipping them to Yellow Deck Services Corp or bringing them in person, you'll need to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA numbers help us process returns quickly and efficiently. Please contact customer service to obtain a RGA number.
RETURNING ITEMS TO YELLOW DECK SERVICES CORP:
Once you have obtained an RGA number:

You select the shipping method and cover the cost. You can also deliver them in person directly to our warehouse in Miami, Florida.

For domestic returns, if the wrong product was sent due to an ERROR on Yellow Deck Services part then Yellow Deck will pay the return shipping.

For International returns, if the wrong product was sent due to an ERROR on Yellow Deck Services part, then Yellow Deck will determine whether return shipping is justified and issue a credit solely for the cost of the product paid to Yellow Deck.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING AND COMPLYING WITH PROPER SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR SELECTED CARRIER. Your return items must be securely packed, preferably in the package that they arrived in. The package must have two labels attached. First is the RGA shipping label and second is the shipping label. The combination of these two labels will allow proper shipping, billing, and tracking of your return to ensure you are credited quickly and properly.
Credits- Refunds:
Within 15 business days of receipt of your returned item, you will be issued credit for the original purchase price and applicable sales tax. Core credits will also be processed within 15 business days.
Yellow Deck Services Corp will initiate a credit/refund to the credit card that was used for the original online purchase. If funds were wired or sent via ACH the funds MUST be returned to the same NAME/ACCOUNT they came from when the products were paid for.
Your freight or shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Yellow Deck is also NO RESPONSIBLE for DUTIES OR OTHER IMPORT COSTS related to the shipping of the part(s).
RETURNING USED CORES
If you have paid a core charge for an item purchased from Yellow Deck Services Corp, you are eligible for core credit upon return of the old core unit. Used cores can be returned within 30 days of the original CORE charge being billed provided the replacement parts were purchased at Yellow Deck Services Corp.
You must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for the core return. Be sure to mention "used core" as the reason for your return. Then, follow the steps outlined in Returning Items to Yellow Deck Services Corp.
Before returning your core, be sure to drain fluids from the core and place it in a plastic bag to prevent leakage. Then pack it in the box that contained the new part you purchased from Yellow Deck Services Corp. You are responsible for any damage(s) due to improper packing and shipping.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
PARTS / SERVICE WARRANTY STATEMENT
We are committed to customer satisfaction and to delivering quality aftermarket heavy duty parts and service with the convenience – and at the competitive prices – you want. Many of the items we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms will vary between manufacturers and parts. For additional information on the manufacturer’s warranty for a specific part, ask a customer service representative. Please be aware that international parts sales and shipments are often not subject to the same warranty as domestic parts sales. Parts are subject to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty that is in effect at the time of purchase. All warranty claims must be approved by the manufacture. Yellow Deck offers no warranties of its own. Subject to the manufacturer’s approval of the claim, Yellow Deck Services will replace or issue a refund.ALL SALES are FINAL on USED PARTS and no warranties are offered. Parts shipped internationally may not be subject to warranty provisions of manufacturer.Please Note:
- Manufacturer’s determination and approval as to the warrantability of a claim often requires that the part first be sent to the manufacturer for physical examination.
- Damage or loss caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, storage, or handling, overloading, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions is not covered by warranty.
- Labor costs for installation are NOT COVERED by Yellow Deck Services or their suppliers.
- Yellow Deck Services Corp neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of any parts or labor.
- The sole remedy for breach of any warranty against Yellow Deck Services Corp is limited to the money actually received by Yellow Deck Services Corp for the part.
THIS REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF YELLOW DECK SERVICES CORP, FOR ANY PART OR SERVICE. YELLOW DECK SERVICES CORP MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; OR (C) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE. YELLOW DECK SERVICES CORP DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusion or limitation on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
